No services will begin until a written agreement is in place and any required deposit has been received.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Expert Missouri City Deck & Fence are based on the information available at the time of the estimate, including an on-site visit. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices. The final price will be set forth in a written proposal or contract. Prices may change if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen site conditions are discovered during construction, or if material costs change materially between the date of the estimate and the start of work. Any changes to the scope or price will be communicated to you in writing before additional work proceeds.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Project start dates are estimates and are subject to change based on permitting timelines, weather conditions, material availability, and schedule changes affecting prior jobs. We will communicate any scheduling changes as promptly as possible. If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees, will be set forth in your written project contract.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for each project are set forth in the written contract for that project. A deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise specified in writing. Failure to pay amounts due in a timely manner may result in suspension of work and may subject the unpaid balance to applicable late fees or interest as permitted by Texas law.

6. Permits and Compliance

Expert Missouri City Deck & Fence is responsible for obtaining required building permits for projects where permits are required and where permit procurement is included in the written contract. The customer is responsible for obtaining any required approvals from a homeowners association (HOA) or other private governing body, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will cooperate and provide documentation to assist with HOA submissions, but we are not responsible for delays caused by HOA review processes.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Any warranties on workmanship or materials will be set forth expressly in your written project contract. Except as expressly stated in that contract, all work and materials are provided "as is" and without any additional warranties, express or implied. Manufacturer warranties on products such as composite decking boards are governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty terms, which we will provide to you upon request. We are not responsible for warranty claims arising from owner modifications, improper maintenance, or conditions outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Expert Missouri City Deck & Fence will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
